How it All Began...

Rosey Denise founded RDW Creations in 2012 as a publishing company, publishing it's first title:

Diamond in the Rough: Truth Tragedy and Triumph. 

​

RDW Creations has continued to growth over the last decade of service.  Rosey has authored two additional books, hosted a variety of literacy events throughout the city of Detroit, and collaborated with other business owners in a sincere effort to address illiteracy. 

 

Since 2012, Over 2000 youth and adults have been engaged regarding the importance of having strong literacy skills.

Rosey is an award-winning writer and published author.   She is a member of the Motown Writers Network here in Detroit, and a former columnist for Dream Pathways Foundation in Atlanta Georgia.   Rosey is also an award recipient of the Floyd M. Washington writing contest, co-sponsored by the NAACP and Ford Motor Company.  Lala Ali presented this award to Rosey during an annual Freedom Fund Dinner at the formerly known as, Cobo Hall in

Detroit, MI.   RDW Creations is also a 2017 Motor City Match awardee.

Rosey is also a proven Computer Information Systems professional.  With twenty years plus of experience, RDW Creations has provided classroom and online instruction that focuses specifically on tech and literacy. 

​

In 2025, RDW Creations introduced The Human Butterfly Effect Podcast, dedicated to pivotal conversations for the common good of everyday people.
