What White Folks Don't Get about DEI

The United States of America will cease to recruit black engineers and other minority talent starting under the Trunp administration. Ironically, opponents of Diversity Equity and Inclusion suggest that we are all united despite our differences, which is why we don"t need such policies in place. Whelp....that literally is the definition of diversity, equity and inclusion!! Those aren't just acronyms, they are words that simply mean ALL should be included!

Racism is in fact an ideal. Prejudice is an ideal. Such opinions continues to permeate the hearts and minds of people today. Its why programs like DEI and affirmative action are being abolished., and why the military will no longer recruits at black events. It is the single dumbest thing in American human culture.

Let's play a quick game:

Take a good look at yourself.
What color is your skin?
Does everyone in your work look like you?

The answer is your real life DEI.

Now consider the world around you. Is everyone in it white? Of course not! Furthermore minorities and women are still in the minority as it relates to corporate America. They are still vastly behind their white counterparts in leadership and income. So this ideal that DEI is a handout is factually a lie!

Imagine being out on the battle field fighting for life and liberty. Would you really care about the color of the person's skin who saves your hyde or the life of someone you love? If that matters to you then perhaps your mindset and others like you, is why we need DEI in the first place.

Life is about human survival and evolution. Diversity, Inclusion and Equity ensures that everyone has a fair opportunity for a seat at the table, but is able to cultivate and defend it as well. Those who are against DEI, or more importantly the standards that it seeks to achieve, create a shameful narrative that exposes who America really is! History shows that not only has America always been a diverse nation, but it literally was built by all walks of life. To now say those same people do not deserve the same opportunities as others is not only silly and cruel, it also just doesn't make much sense.
